Through the KTMB Beautiful Business program, and through multi-agency partnerships, we facilitate River, Roadway, Open Space and Park adoptions throughout the Truckee Meadows.Started in 1987 by the Biggest Little City Committee to encourage community involvement and pride in our parks, Adopt-A-Park was the seed that started Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful, then known as Western Nevada Clean Communities.
How do we get started?
Read the Adopt-A-Spot Application Packet
for more information and to apply for a park adoption. If you’re already a KTMB Beautiful Business
at the Rattlesnake Mountain level or above, an Adopt-A-Spot is included in your member benefits. Community groups can apply to be Scholarship Adopters.
Volunteers interested in one-time park beautification projects with Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful find out what’s available by emailing
