Adopt-A-Park

Started in 1989 by the “Biggest Little City Committee” to encourage community involvement and pride in our parks, Adopt-A-Park was the seed that started Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful, then known as Western Nevada Clean Communities. Adopt-A-Spot

Started in 1994, Adopt-A-Spot is an ongoing clean-up program involving specific one and a half to two mile intersections, blocks, and corners within Reno, Sparks and Washoe County. Litter Index

The Litter Index is a national initiative of Keep America Beautiful that provides a starting point for the litter prevention process.
