Volunteers help plant trees at Rancho San Rafael Regional Park

Started in 1987 by the Biggest Little City Committee to encourage community involvement and pride in our parks, Adopt-A-Park was the seed that started Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful, then known as Western Nevada Clean Communities.

Volunteers interested in park beautification projects may select an Adopt-A-Park for a day program with Keep Truckee Meadows Beautiful by emailing or calling us: 851-5185.  Any group or business interested in working at the KTMB Sensory Garden in Idlewild Park, please email or call us: 851.5185!

Groups and businesses interested in a long-term commitment should connect with the following municipal Adopt-A-Park programs through the City of Reno, City of Sparks, Sun Valley General Improvement District and Washoe County.

Download the Adopt-A-Park Info Packet and check the Project Calendar for upcoming KTMB supported Adopt-A-Park projects and events!
