Trash Talk

KTMB’s Trash Talk is a series of informative talks held throughout the year with various guest speakers from the community.  Our presentations provide information about the waste stream, reveal some problems common in our area, and offer solutions and alternatives for both individuals and groups to help keep the Truckee Meadows beautiful. Occasional guest speakers may talk about noxious weeds, their recycling program, how their company incorporates sustainability in their business model, water conservation, or the in’s and outs of composting.
